Tiny "payout", where does it come from????
Just saw a payout come through for $1.54. No item I sold would be this low of a payout after fees and shipping. I have looked everywhere to see what transaction it is associated with and it looks like no payout actually tells you that. I'm a bit confused how that works then. Where would such a tiny payout come from or how can I see that?

·1 year agoBecause I have my payouts scheduled for weekly, I won't normally see small amounts like this, but there are times in the past where I received either eBay or USPS "has settled in your favor" when I had paid too much for shipping labels. Is it possible that you received a similar message sometime within the past week or so? A shipping label correction could explain the small amount. If you have an eBay store subscription and that fee was subtracted from "pending payouts", the small payout could be from what remained after the subscription fee was deducted.

·5 years agoIn Seller Hub Payments --> Payouts and find the amount in question and click on the Payout ID
Should be some information there to help you

OP5 years agoAppreciate the help but I tried that. Gives no info for where the payout came from. 😞
Wish there was some type of "running balance" to show the details of what is coming and going. Seems a bit fishy the way they have it.........
