Time away vs. Vacation mode
I am currently a Top Rate Plus Seller and I have a question regarding time away. I am taking a short 3 day trip starting tomorrow. Since it is a small trip, I was going to allow sales since I will be able to handle them when I get back into town this weekend and will have access to wifi. I am just concerned about handling time (I currently offer same day shipping). I really don't want to get dinged for late shipments but still want to allow sales since it is such a short amount of time. I will be sure to contact the buyers to make sure they are aware I am away and that I will process the order when I get back in town. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

·3 years agoWhat Jimmy said. Do NOT change your handling too! That is now done automatically!
Keep in mind there are exceptions where the handling time is still the original, including Sending Offers (I'm not sure about Best Offers) & used to be GSP was an exception, not sure if EIS still is.

·3 years agoTime Away IS Vacation Mode, new name vs old name.
If you leave you listings available for purchase eBay now automatically adjusts the handling time (up to 14 days).
