Time Away Not Posting in Listings
Hi Folks....I scheduled my store on Time Away at 4:30 PST this morning, allowing sales. My store shows that I am on time away, but the listing still do not...5 hours later...In fact I got a sale about 3 hours after Time Away started. Is this something new? I've done this for ages and never had it take so long for the listings to update. Thanks in advance.

·1 month agoYou say you did time away but also selected allow sales. How would sales occur if your product is not visible. You also say you got a sale during time away but isn't that what you wanted? Am I missing something?

OP1 month agoYes, there are 2 options for time away. Allow sales & pause sales. If you allow sales the estimated delivery time is updated in the listing based on your return date. This normally updates promptly. If you pause sales then nothing can be purchased until your return date. Yes, I want sales while on Time Away with the UPDATED ship by dates. The ship by dates have not up dated. At the top of my store it shows time away, but the listings are not updating.
