You are in Australia so the message you get appears to be a bit different than what US sellers see since eBay introduced the EIS program. As @mam98031 stated whomever the seller is probably has items listed but they don't ship to your country. What is the seller ID you are looking at, maybe we can check it from a US perspective?
With the EIS program and US sellers foreign buyers may see a US sellers listings but they generally see a comment that says seller does not ship to your country or seller has not specified a shipping method to your country and to contact seller regarding shipping to their country.

·2 years agoIf the seller is listing from a site other than eBay Oz, they can exclude Australia from their shipping locations.
Or, if they exclude Oceania from their shipping locations no matter the site they use, that would cover Australia.

I actually changed my location to Australia but I still do not see any active or sold items under your ID/account.
