I sent a working product.
15 days later he said it didn't work. and asked for a refund.
I told him to send the cargo back.
He didn't send the cargo back and took the money from eBay.
This guy is disgusting

·1 year agoDid the buyer file an INAD and you failed to accept the return and pay for return shipping?
Or, did yo refund, thinking they would ship it back?

You don't know that it was working when they received it.
It sounds like you probably didn't handle the return request properly, although to be fair you're being very sparse on details.
