This Feedback Takes The Cake!
Read this one…I get a message at 5:30 this morning that her husband didn’t like sleeping on the sheets. Wanted a refund.
OMG that is like returning used underwear.
P.S yes my vacation setting were on. The entitlement of some people
The seller said she noted on her listings that she was on vacation, there was nothing obvious that showed it. We had to wait a long time for it to ship and the $3 ship charge is bogus. We also requested a refund because we don’t like the texture of the sheets but she did not express apology & refused to make things right. Poor business adequate.

Glad eBay removed that ridiculous feedback for you.

ebay should make a concerted effort to take care of it’s sellers and do more feedback removal.

I'm so sorry but I'm glad ebay did the right thing!
1. $3 shipping for a set of king sheets is at least $10 less than it cost
2. 30 days free returns - buyer could have just returned them!
3. If the buyer returned, you could deduct 50% for the buyer using them
4. Long time to ship? The item sold on Sept. 28 and it's only now <2 weeks later! Buyer had time to receive, use and decide she didn't like them!
Add that buyer to your BBL immediately!

OP1 year ago@albertabrightalberta I was on vacation, but she said she didn’t see that ..yellow banner. Hmm. It was set for our return in the 5th, and they went right out.
Good grief you do not open an expensive set of sheets,, sleep and do whatever else you do on your sheets, and expect to return them. ….that is just flat out nasty.
Well people never cease to amaze me..

·1 year agoYou do offer free returns.

·1 year agoAside from being able to withhold 50% on return of a now unsellable item, how is a free returns policy relevant?
albertabrightalberta
·1 year agoBecause the buyer could have just returned them if they didn't like them. It was unnecessary to neg the seller!

Yes…but items have to be returned in the original condition.

Some of these FB comments say more about the buyer than they do about the seller.
A LOT more.

OP1 year ago@aeparts1 I think the buyer was using AI. ?? Honestly that’s what was on my phone at 5:30 this morning. People just amaze me.

Never, EVER sell anything that a person can wear, sleep on, or dry off with.
(PS: Feedback appears to have been removed.)

OP1 year agoYes ebay was excellent about removing it. I do sell bedding and never have had a single issue or return.
