These people are selling some fake Gucci, jeopardizing the safety of eBay shopping. I was deceived.

If you feel they are fake or have purchased one that was not authentic, file a return as SNAD and return it for your money. You can also report the seller to eBay as others have advised. Counterfeits and replicas cannot be sold on eBay as this selling behavior is illegal.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

·2 years agoI've seen those types of listings, always by 0-feedback newbies, claiming to be from various (different) states but with the same types of fakes, often with shared pictures and identical descriptions. My belief is that it's actually a ring from a certain Asian country claiming US locations.
If you received a fake, open a return request choosing a NAD reason for returning. Seller will have to either refund (without return) or will have to send you a prepaid shipping label if they want the fake back. Once they receive it back, you will be refunded.
If the seller doesn't respond to your claim within 3 days, go back and ask ebay to step in.
I’m not an expert I couldn’t tell a fake from the real thing since designer clothes and such aren’t my thing never had a use for them.
But if you received an item that is not as described you can return it through eBays Money back Guarantee. If the listing says no returns, eBays Money Back Guarantee over rules that.
If you see a listing you feel is counterfeit then by all means report it. There is a report this item link in every listing.
