You are mistaken about this and other things you claim. You need to learn how to find the info you need on the site instead of assuming it simply doesn't exist because you don't know where to look.
Well unless there has been a major upheaval your statement is wrong. I have filed 2 claims for lost envelopes a couple of months ago and both were paid within 24 hours.
You night want to review the rules vis-a-vis your actions.
