There is a seller impersonating well over a dozen sellers including me & potentially scamming buyers
There is a seller who is stealing photos and titles from me and over a dozen other sellers. In some cases even copying the other sellers business name in the title. This is all occurring in the fossil category. The seller has taken the photos of other sellers items and listed them as auctions starting at a dollar. However in the sellers description he says it can only be sold for a buy it now price and provides what appears to be a FAKE eBay link. Not only this but I checked terapeak for all of the items and he is selling them all for around half of what the other sellers sold them for. These are all expensive items. Thousands of dollars. My item in particular was purchased for around $4000 and this seller who is not the person who purchased it from me is selling it for around half of that and using my photos with my hand in them. I've messaged every seller he is doing this to that I could find. And reported him. Is there anything else that can be done? Can someone send this post to an eBay employee?

What should I do if my image, video or text is being used by another seller?
When you create listings you give eBay and its customers permission, through our User Agreement, to use your images, videos and product details. Your content may be added to the eBay product catalog, and may be used by other sellers in their eBay listings.

OP2 years agoEven so the descriptions he is using do violate eBay policy. And all of the other things are beyond fishy

If you find a employee that will take the reports then give me their info. I have 100 listings that have been reported and are still listed.
