There goes my on time percentage
We've been closed down here for more than a week due to the weather. PO hasn't delivered any mail to our house since a week ago Friday and every single thing I dropped off at the Pak Mail last week is still sitting there. Anyone heard of Ebay giving us a little extra time due to circumstances beyond our control? I grew up in Minnesota and the 4 inches we got here in Memphis would not have resulted in even a 2 hour delay for school on the first day, but my kids were out all last week and the roads were still ridiculous this morning.

·2 years agoDon't worry. eBay won't be of any use & the buyers will all blame YOU for delays. I imagine some on this board will tell you it's up to you to personally hand deliver those packages; to guarantee delivery.

You can check the Announcements here under the Seller News tab at the top of the page. Here's a recent announcement about the extreme weather. You might want to try to reach out to eBay and let them know your area is still affected.
Seller Protections are in place for sellers impacted by extreme regional weather (ebay.com)
You are right about 4" of snow shutting down your area in Memphis ... back in the 60s we lived in Little Rock and had a 12" snow storm that shut down most of the state for 2 days.
