Because you use the "best offer" feature extensively, things you may wish to consider include perhaps dispensing with this buyer requirement:
*Require buyers to provide a payment method before they make an offer.
found here: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
This limits the payment sources a buyer is allowed to use, as well as prohibits combined shipping for one price. All offers accepted from the same buyer will automatically be billed separately at full shipping price. Though intended to cut down on non-paying buyers, it works real well to discourage buyers that DO pay as well. ( eBay has seemingly removed the requirement that forced buyers to provide a payment source in order to bid. )
You also make extensive use of the "markdown" feature, so even if I put ten of your listings in my cart at your full asking price, there is no request total feature to combine items for one shipping price (I use a computer, the button is there but greyed out, since your item(s) are already on sale). Therefore, if I purchased ten of your jewelry items, the cost for shipping alone would be $56.50. That is not going to happen either.
For a lot of your low cost items, it would be to your advantage to change something up in order to get multiple purchases from the same buyer. Saves you some money, too. You would pay .40 cents for the one combined order instead of .40 cents each for the ten. Just a thought.

·2 years agoCorrect me if i'm wrong, but aren't the payment methods exactly the same when you're making an offer or paying for a auction win or buying an item outright?

Ok, you are wrong. When a buyer is required to fill out that form in order to proceed, they cannot use Apple Pay, Google Pay, spendable funds, PayPal Pay in 4, PayPal credit, and a few more I forgot.
Perhaps you are thinking about the part in the latest seller update that stated that (upon completion of the roll out), all SELLER GENERATED OFFERS will be IPR. That does not limit your choice to pay, but serves once again to prohibit combined shipping. A buyer cannot request a total, nor can the seller send a revised invoice because the items will be already paid for.

Sell better stuff, stuff that people want to buy.
That applies to everyone, even myself.

·2 years agoA significant amount of what you have listed is jewelry and sellers have been complaining about drops in jewelry sales in months.
I have difficulty in characterizing a lot of what you sell in a simple way, but I see you have continued to make sales of some of that difficult to categorize "stuff".
I have no idea how long some of your 2500+ items have been listed for but there is some diminishing returns for things with limited appeal.
I do not know if you are affected by spring break or other external events.
How do your sales compare to this month last year?
My number of sales is down this month but my average sale amount is up, so this month looks a bit better than last March.

·2 years agoYou currently have 2,500 items list and have sold 1,100 items in the last 90 days and that's pathetic?? You have been selling for a long time I would assume you would be used to the ups and downs in sales.
