The System Still Isn't Working Right

I have a Pending Offer that I'm unable to respond to. Ebay Error Message. Spoke with Ebay Customer Service and they're sending my report to the Appeals Team...not Tech Support...and will keep the offer valid for 4 days but the listing will automatically end in 3.

Yes, the system still very glitchy and slow. Hopefully, EBAY will get it fixed soon.
