The new cancellation policy sucks
I just had two out of three auctions canceled. A bid used to be a contract, now they can wait until it’s time to pay and press the cancel button. I could be a dick and say no, but I shouldn’t be put in that position. It is ridiculous to allow it for auctions because that wastes whole week or two if I want to repost at a convenient time. Forget it if it’s close to a holiday then you have to wait a year. There’s got to be a better way to sell. I am really soured on eBay and not in the mood to do any more posting.

·1 year agoAs @chevymontecarlo88 stated, better a cancel before paying, than a nasty return.

·1 year agoBe thankful the item is not being returned because of a INAD or they return a toothbrush instead of what was purchased. Change to fix listings as @kensgiftshop suggested.

·1 year agoThere is a better way, list as a fixed price and don't give the buyer a week to find a cheaper item.

·1 year agoIf they haven't paid you really can't deny a cancel and say no.
You can't cancel after you deny their request so it will just sit there pending.
