That's it FedEx, we're done.
I only use them occaisionally but every time I use FedEx there's some issue. I dropped off a package yesterday at Office Depot and its STILL THERE. Called the store and the clerk says they never came. WTF!
The only consolation is at least it was not expedited delivery service.
Rant off.

·3 weeks agoI sell on another site where a buyer option is Fedex - my heart sinks a little every time I see that. I've shipped too many things where tracking doesn't show up for over a week. The last thing I ordered that was shipped Fedex took almost a month. OK, Fedex Ground is cheap and slow...but a MONTH?

·3 weeks agoOur local drop off point for FedEx only gets items picked up at about 10AM. If it's dropped off after that then it has to wait til the next day.

OP3 weeks agoIts a regular business pick up location where they are supposed to come every weekday at 3pm. The clerk told me the bin was still full of all the packages I saw in it yesterday at 11.

That listing shows UPS Ground, not Fedex.
Personally, I would NEVER use either UPS or Fedex for shipping my sales.

OP3 weeks ago · EditedIt was the regulator but it went FX. I changed my business policies to get rid of them. I only have a few listings where I was giving the buyer the option of all 3 carriers. I'm mostly USPS.
