That's it FedEx, we're done.
Summary: bigtexasyardsale expressed frustration with FedEx after a package they dropped off at a store wasn't picked up as scheduled. This led them to change their business policies to stop using FedEx. Other participants shared similar experiences with delays and issues with FedEx deliveries. christworks added a light-hearted touch to the discussion, explaining their use of AI for creative scenarios. kow_2901 recounted a frustrating experience with a FedEx delivery attempt, prompting advice to address specific complaints with the supervisor rather than blaming the whole company.
I only use them occaisionally but every time I use FedEx there's some issue. I dropped off a package yesterday at Office Depot and its STILL THERE. Called the store and the clerk says they never came. WTF!
The only consolation is at least it was not expedited delivery service.
Rant off.

·5 days agoFed ex sucks my driver never left the door jazz so I stood here waiting 2 hours with mad knees and legs for it to come and then I noticed that there was a thing on my phone and there was an attempt but no one was here and I was waiting for 2 hours and they didn't leave a door tag to let me know that they came so I stood here for 2 hours for nothing. Now I'm here again and they're still not here I got here at 8:17 no door tag he says now for delivery

·4 days agoYour specific FedEx driver may indeed suck at their job. I don't know them. I'm sure you've filed a complaint with their supervisor. That's what I'd do before I broadbrushed an entire company due to the alleged actions of one person.
Let's say you have 20 close relatives. One of them does something really bad. Would you want people broadbrushing your entire family based one the actions of one?

·1 month agoI sell on another site where a buyer option is Fedex - my heart sinks a little every time I see that. I've shipped too many things where tracking doesn't show up for over a week. The last thing I ordered that was shipped Fedex took almost a month. OK, Fedex Ground is cheap and slow...but a MONTH?

·1 month agoOur local drop off point for FedEx only gets items picked up at about 10AM. If it's dropped off after that then it has to wait til the next day.

·1 month agoMaybe the store never told FedEx to make the pick up.. maybe it was dropped off after Fed Ex came for the pick up

OP1 month agoIts a regular business pick up location where they are supposed to come every weekday at 3pm. The clerk told me the bin was still full of all the packages I saw in it yesterday at 11.

Is it the "150 psi Regulator, Speedaire 3JV07"
That listing shows UPS Ground, not Fedex.
Personally, I would NEVER use either UPS or Fedex for shipping my sales.

OP1 month ago · EditedIt was the regulator but it went FX. I changed my business policies to get rid of them. I only have a few listings where I was giving the buyer the option of all 3 carriers. I'm mostly USPS.
