Thank you very much
Summary: The discussion revolves around a decline in sales for some sellers, starting around early September. omniversecomics hypothesizes that the switch from GSP to EIS for international orders might have affected sales and traffic. While mam98031 suggests that sales fluctuations are normal, proposing a Markdown sale as a potential solution, shire123 reports no change in sales volume. stainlessenginecovers attributes the sales drop to seasonal factors like the beginning of the football season, whereas shado-x mentions economic pressures such as debt and rising costs impacting buyers.

·2 weeks agoBuyers getting maxed out in all kinds of debt with overpriced insurance renewals and super-inflated heating and electric costs with super high postage rates for sellers, there no 2 ways around that.

·2 weeks agoMORE than obvious. Football (NFL/NCAA) is 3 weeks old. Buyers that wanted one already bought it. For the other items, that all would be hit/miss anyway.

·2 weeks agoNo. I had my usual volume of sales over this weekend.

·2 weeks agoWe are all internet sellers. There are good times and bad times. It is NOT always the same experience from day to day, week to week, month to month or even year to year. A few days of slow sales isn't an indication of anything other than your items aren't currently selling.
Maybe it is a good time to run a Markdown sale or something. That can help during the slow times, which happen to EVERYONE.

·2 weeks agoOur sales have dropped massively over the last few weeks. For us it started on the 7th Sept, since then we’ve had many days with no sales and in general not many orders. The traffic has also fallen significantly, impressions down 49% and views 41%.
My one theory is the change from GSP to EIS, the majority of our orders were international via GSP and were moved to EIS almost to the day of the 7th when sales and traffic have all fallen.
