Terms of Service message sent in reply to a listing?

I posted a listing earlier this afternoon, and almost immediately received a message regarding the listing. Upon opening it, I was met with this:
I'm inclined to think that this is some kind of spam message, given the fact that it was sent by a random account created yesterday, and that I haven't received an email from Ebay about a ToS update. Has anyone else received a direct message like this?

·3 weeks agoScammers send emails asking recipients to confirm by typing "yes" to manipulate them into giving consent for fraudulent activities. This tactic allows scammers to record the response and use it as fake verbal consent for unauthorized transactions or identity theft.
EBAY never sends out message saying HELLO. This would indicate right away that it is a scam.
