Terapeak not showing active results
Terapeak is not showing any results in the Active tab when I know there are active results when I search outside of Terapeak
I cleared cache, tried another browser on another machine, can't figure it out.
Is anyone else seeing this or has seen it before?

·2 years agoSlightly different issue. Recently, I sold five different Cazenovia reindeer ornaments. Each with their own name and their own listing to one buyer. 4 were paid for together and the other one purchased separately. When you do a search in Solds for Cazenovia Reindeer only the one purchased alone shows in the results. Really makes me wonder if I should use their results as a pricing guide. And why did they get rid of the amount sales for entire categories? I really liked that metric .

·2 years agoHere it is, August 1, 2024, and ebay has not done anything to fix the Terapeak current listing failure, outside of renaming it "Product Research".
Just did a search for "2020-2024 Tesla Model Y Rear Spoiler", with no restrictions on condition, listing type, etc....
Terapeak shows ONE current listing.
Regular ebay search shows 387 listings.
Glad to hear that ebay is right on this.

OP2 years agoI used it a few weeks ago and it was still hit and miss
Pricing has been very competitive of late for a lot of items so I haven't used it much

Absolutely everything in this society is being broken on purpose so we have no confidence or faith in anything.

When filtering Terapeak to active listings it shows 0 results.
When searching kawasaki vulcan 750 ignitor on eBay it produces 78 results.

Hey @wastingtime101 and @mreinsmith, I'm not seeing any open alerts or tickets for Terapeak just yet. I'd recommend reaching out to Customer Support to start the reporting process.
