temporarily paused campaigns due to changes in your seller rating
Summary: herbcraft, also known as herbcraft, is experiencing difficulties with their eBay account, which has been subject to temporary pauses in Canada and Australia, restricting their ability to sell items through promoted listings. Although they are still able to sell items on eBay.com, their account being below the standard rating for these regions impacts their promotional capabilities. Respondents clarified that being below standard does not halt all sales, just the ability to promote listings, and suggested monitoring the monthly seller evaluations to help improve the seller status.
I have been unable to sell an item on eBay for three months due to a temporary pause on my account. Each month, I receive a new evaluation date, but my account still hasn't been released. Is there a specific period for releasing eBay accounts in Canada and Australia?

Are you still Below Standard?
Your eligibility will be restored when your account is no longer Below Standard.

OP2 years agoI am only able to sell items only from eBay.com. If my eBay account falls below the standard rating for aus and canada, it will affect my ability to sell. Is there an alternative way to resolve this issue?

·2 years agoAccording to those alerts you are already below standard which is why you cannot promote listings. They do not say anything about not being able to sell at all. When ebay refers to campaigns, they are talking about paying to promote your listings. They are not saying that they have paused your listings, only that you can not pay to promote them.

Hi @herbcraft —i am a bit confused—you have sold multiple items in the last week and 37 items in the last 3 months.
I thought you might be saying your account was temporarily suspended, leading to no sales, but that is not the case, at least not on the USA eBay dot com site. Or are you saying eBay suspended your selling account for Canada and Australia?
In your eBay message as it pertains to Canada, the only penalty showing is that you cannot participate in the Promoted Listings program. At face value, that should not prevent sales from taking place.
Can you clarify?

What is your current seller status - is it still Below Standard? There is no specific period for returning your status higher than Below Standard, that is determined by your monthly seller evaluation.
Once your seller level rises above Below Standard, I believe the lifting of sanctions occurs on the first day of the month following the month of the evaluation that restored your status.
