I can't seem to get my ad posted, it remains in drafts, is there any way to communicate with EBAY? Is there a customer service telephone number?

Have you signed up to be paid yet? You need a payment account before you start selling or you can't sell. Have you had a prior account that had problems? Here's a link that can help. Reach out on social media via FB:

These are US CS agents who are employed by eBay and may better serve you. Tell them what you are posting here. They usually will get back to you within 24 hours. Many positive posts here with their ability to be helpful.

·2 years agoIs your account set up to accommodate being a selling account? Are you signed up for managed payments? It's a process. EBay has to have bank account information in order to transfer the money to you and you have to provide a way to pay the fees.
