Switching to buy it now from auction and saving photos

I had a listing that was Auction with 10 magazines, 20 photos. I no longer have the photos on my laptop and I want to use the Variations option on Buy It now. But I can't "sell Similar" or "relist and change those options, eBay is directing me to create a new listing. Is there anyway I can save the photos in the original listing to a new listing, so I don't have to re-photograph them all.

When you sell similar you can't create a variation listing unless the original was a variation, and photos are added in a different place.

Download photos as suggested by @krazzykats and create a new listing.

I just resave them. Click on the photo, enlarge it, then right-click and choose "Save As." You can quickly go through all the photos and resave them in less time than it takes to rephotograph them.
