Suspicious Buyer
Sold buyer complete Star Wars comic set. Buyer claims box arrived damaged but will look over purchase to insure there is no damage to comics.
Question, how do I know the buyer is telling the truth? Would buyer have to return purchase to me before he/she gets money returned?

·3 years agoIf buyer opens EBAY case "not as described, defective, counterfeit" (customer must return items before you give them a refund). EBAY does NOT require buyer to "prove their claims".
If buyer goes to credit card company and "reverses payment" (buyer keeps your item and your money).

·3 years agoYou don't know the buyer is telling the truth. Approve the Return and your buyer will need to return it to you before refunding in full.
