Suspended with no precise reason
Hi I'm new and have ran into a situation that I not only do not understand but first of all do not know how to figure out what causedwhat to do about it. I was suspended with no reason, I can find no precise reason just obscure possible reasons that do not seam to apply and can't figure out how to get past the AI programing and speak with a real person

·3 weeks ago · EditedI'm guessing you got two BBE's (bad buyer experience) for not shipping what a paying customer bought, the knives. That's two too many for your first month, or ever really. Maybe there were more? You ran auctions with low ending prices. The starting prices needed to be higher, the least you can accept, because you can't just refuse the sale. If you let paying customers down then ebay doesn't want that to continue. There are many thousands of other sellers that will deliver as promised.
