Suspend the seller's account completely
Two days ago my account was suspended for sale on ebay.com/usa/canada
Today, my account was suspended directly, under the pretext that many shipments did not reach their owners, and the large number of freight cases filed due to freight
But the products were always delivered to the owners. But they open cases early and forget to close them after the product arrives because I was shipping from North Africa (the place of the farm), bearing in mind that I used to explain in the product details that shipping is from North Africa and takes 30/40 days
What is the solution? Contacted them but no response?

How does that make any sense. Ebay does not allow deceit.

·3 years agoProbably picked the wrong 'shipping service' option. That can be tricky when you choose to list on a site not your own country of origin.

·3 years agoIf your seller account is suspended, why is this account active? You are posting here. Once ebay suspends an account, ALL accounts for that person are also suspended. Anyway, eventually, this account will be gone too.

Many of the posters were kind of rough on you but understand that many of us (whether on this ID or on our other seller IDs) are ebayers who abide by the rules, make sure our items are legal to sell, legal to ship, authentic, don't make false claims, ship items with tracking showing delivery, send "as described" items, etc. and we have very little tolerance for those who break and/or circumvent the rules.

·3 years agoThere is no solution if the suspension is permanent.
Eventually getting delivered doesn't count. You have to have tracking showing you shipped by your handling time and it was delivered by the expected delivery date.
A buyer can't open a case until after the expected delivery date so the fact they opened the case gets you shot down if you have no tracking. Your only defense is to respond to the case by three days showing the tracking number that proves delivery.
A bigger issue is violating the plant and seed policy. Plants and seeds located outside outside the U.S are not allowed due to U.S. import restrictions.
Furthermore you can't make medical claims like cures cancer. The FDA has not determined that seeds can cure cancer.
Three strikes and it seems your ballgame is over.

I saw that on your jujuba and black seeds. And other medical claims. Heart disease, diabetes, anemia, etc.
You're not the only one with outrageous medical claims why you should eat the fruit or veg. However, it is not allowed.
But it doesn't matter now because you can no longer list.

·3 years agoHello, I think you do not provide shipping via africa. If you send your products in bulk to the intermediate warehouse in the USA and send the products from there, your cargo will go faster and you will not receive any complaints. have a nice day.

The seller who posted this thread is suspended. That means their selling days to any country is finished. They can no longer sell on eBay, so your suggestion will fall on deaf ears.

You listed prohibited items, items prohibited based on their potential danger to U.S. agriculture. You falsified item locations. You manipulated search results. You made medical claims in violation of eBay policy, U.S. law, and common decency. You used deceptive, altered photographs.
And, so far as I can tell from your responses, you think all that is okay and you should be allowed to sell here. No wonder eBay is having more and more trouble attracting buyers.

Plants and seeds cannot be exported to the US and many other countries. It is clear in eBay's policy. You got caught as many others will too. Given you feedback many of those seeds never made it out of your country so your buyers were upset and making your listings private tells me you knew you were doing something prohibited.

·3 years agoTargeting the US when you aren't allowed to do so, makes me doubt your deceptive location settings.
But just an assumption on my part.
I don't think eBay will let you back since it doesn't appear to be a mistake, I'm not sure what you could appeal.

Some of your listings said that shipping was from Algeria. But others said shipping was from "Djelfa, United States." I can't find a city or town in the U.S. named Djelfa, but both a city and province in Algeria are so named. I think eBay may have decided that the listing practice was deceptive, rather than accidental, to get around the policy cited above.

OP3 years agoI wasn't circumventing about the policies and I didn't know them, but I did this so that my listings would appear in the search box in America and I was making it very clear under the product header (acondition) and in the product details I was targeting the US market only... ·3 years agoIt is your responsibility to know eBay policies. You chose not to bother. eBay caught up with you. What you were selling is prohibited on eBay. eBay caught up with you. Faking a "U.S." location to manipulate the search is fraudulent. You even offered "free local pick up" with a U.S. Zip Code, for heaven's sake. eBay caught up with you. Your selling days here are done.

Seeds, you can't ship them to the US.

·3 years agoOP can't ship them to Canada either. They'll get seized at the border. Customs has a way to detect plant matter in a package, the packages are seized at customs.
I suppose the OP wants to list them on the dot com site to reach worldwide buyers on that site, but I imagine seeds are restricted in many countries. Everywhere I travelled, no agriculture products.

·3 years agoOh, it is even more strict than that. Eons ago when I moved to California I was directed into a border station (everywhere else in the world they would be called a customs clearance house). They made me open the truck.
4th Amendment? You want in or not?
I am a custom cabinet maker so I had some lumber. They went bonkers checking it got any growths (i e. blossoms). Did I park my car (in tow) in a garage or in a driveway. Driveway? They crawled under the car looking for any fungi or plant life. After a fashion they explained that since California is a highly developed agricultural state they were (not their word but nonetheless) paranoid about infestations.

They stopped us at the border, asking if we had any plants or fruits, all we had was a dog in the truck, they had us all getting out so they could go through the truck LOL.... Fun Times. Was more restrictive than going through the Canadian border.
