suspected scam
I just received an 2 orders from a previous buyer. His buyer ID is 0 sales and was just opened yesterday 12/5/22.
This seems very odd to me and he ordered two NFL hats in 2 different sizes at two different time frames on the same day. I do not want to get a charge back if this is a stolen credit card or a scam. If he is a previous buyer why is there not any history and why the newly opened account.
I do not know how to handle this. Advice please.
If I ship this I will send the orders with signature delivery but I will wait a few hours before shipping until I get some advice.

·3 years agoYou might be over thinking things inn regards to buyers with a new ebay ID. The buyer could be using a guest account to purchase one item & then deciding to place a second order. That is quite common. Unless you have some ultra rare NFL hats, I would ship normally via traceable methods per the shipping method selected by the buyer. Ultimately, its your decision & don't forget that new buyers could be your best customers down the road.

·3 years agoW.Mackem here: been at this address since 09 1967. if seller cited normal orthodox hat sizes I.e. 7 1/4 to 7 1/2 for example, there would be chance for confusion or misunderstanging.
