Subscriber discount coupon applied but charged the full amount.
I used my quarterly subscriber discount as I always do, and double checked the total due was tax only, so ordered ebay shipping supplies, then noticed later that I was charged the full amount for my order plus tax. I reached out to Ebay shipping supplies and saw that the shipping label has been printed. I reached out to ebay, and was told the coupon didnt work because what I ordered was free shipping. Doesnt make much sense, since I order the same thing every quarter, and I stated this to the ebay agent. Then The agent suggests I return the shipping supplies and reorder the same thing. I said no thanks, not trying that again. They were no help, and no response so far from ebay shipping supplies seller. I never have trouble on other sites. Only this one.

·1 year agoIt's def not the reason they gave you b/c ALL items from that seller are FS. They had no idea, so told you something to get your off the phone. Are you positive you were charged the full amount & not just shown it somewhere, pre-discount. Could you have been interrupted & refreshed the screen or something without putting in your discount code again?

·1 year agoWhen did you place the order? Date and time? Did you using your discount code that was good to 6/30/25 or the one that is good from 7/1/25 to 9/30/25?
