The seller is selling prints that are stolen from other artists.
Just a heads up in case anyone was looking to purchase anything.
There is no way they can have the high quality print file to produce a decent print.

2. The seller you are accusing is selling prints, perfectly legal!

·3 years agoWhether or not the seller has permissions from any of the artists whose works are still protected is up to the rights' owners to determine. Those rights owners can join eBay's VeRO (Verified Rights Owner) Program and report violations to eBay, which will result in the listings being immediately removed. Repeat violations could result in account suspension.
If you are concerned on behalf of rights' owners, by all means contact them and tell them about VeRO. But neither you nor I nor eBay itself can know when / if violations of intellectual property rights have occurred, and rights owners have the burden of protecting their rights.
