Still have not received payment

I have recently sold 2 items, customer has received them, and the payment status is FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. My bank has not received any money, I have the option to be paid daily and it has been over 4 days and still not received any funds. I need to know what to do or who to contact to receive my payment.

Your payments may have a longer hold due to your status as a seller - if you are new to selling, ebay will hold your funds a little longer until your selling metrics are established.
