Sports cards
So I bought a listing for 400 cards and it showed 18 cards in picture and said several hundred cards not pictured. I got my package today and I was missing 7 cards in the picture. One of the cards was Saquon Barkley patch number. I couldn’t find it in the box of cards and I asked the seller and they haven’t responded but when I asked them about the box of cards before I bidded, they answered fast and right away. They also said there was vets autos in there but I couldn’t even find any. It even said in description. What should I do?

·2 years agoYou have 30 days from date of delivery to open a 'not as described' return case.
Therefore, just wait to see if seller 'sends' you anything that you get by next Friday (almost everything will still get anywhere by next Friday) and if not, open a 'Not As Described' on Saturday 12/23.
Seller will have to either refund you 100% (don't 'settle' for anything less if they contact) and you WILL have to send it ALL back to get your refund. Seller will have to provide shipping label within a few days; if not (look at case, it will tell you what date- then Escalate to Ebay).

Sounds like you need to open a return for not as described or missing parts or pieces.
You go to your purchase history, click the drop down menu it will either say RETURN THIS ITEM or MORE ACTIONS.
Next click doesn’t match pictures or description or missing parts or pieces.
You may be required to upload a picture, after that you can click complete return.
Your seller has 2 days to issue a return label or refund, if by day 3 you don’t receive a return label or refund. You can go back to the case and that’s when you can ask eBay to step in.

OP2 years agoHe said he missed a box and he was going to post office yesterday, I asked him if he would share the tracking but there had been no response. Anyway I can message you to talk about this?
