sponsored /promoted listing displays incorrect feedback % percent
I sometimes check listings to find out if they are being promoted. I have noticed that the feedback % is showing 0 (zero) instead of the actual % for the seller. have any of you noticed this error?

·2 years agoIt took me a few minutes to find, but last month in this thread (message 54), Devon confirmed an eBay test that sounds like what we may be seeing again:

·2 years agoDo you mean when it shows up in search results?
From what I see, the seller's name is not shown at all on the Sponsored search result. So I wouldn't expect the feedback %age to be shown. Are you seeing something different?
This is in Firefox, and I believe that results may be different for other browsers.

·2 years agoInteresting. In your screenshot of the sponsored listing, the shipping cost and return policy is missing, too.
I tried Firefox, Edge, and Chrome signed in, signed out, and incognito all with the same results whether the listing was shown organically or sponsored.

·2 years agoIt isn't 0% on the Promoted listing, it simply doesn't state the feedback or the Seller ID on the search list. If you click into the listing, the feedback is stated as is the seller name.
