Something new with Returns?
Listing parts as "used" and "no returns"
So I got a return request yesterday "just didn't like it" with the option to Decline. I just assumed not liking it wasn't an NAD reason and didn't think anything of it.
Got another today "doesn't fit". Now I know that's an NAD reason, but I still had the option to Decline.

·6 months ago“Doesn’t Fit” has been a Remorse Return reason for a long time, as long as I can remember. It’s intended, I assume, for things like clothing where the item is exactly what was advertised, but just didn’t fit. I have been wanting eBay to change the wording for a long time, though, because obviously for things like car parts, it is often misunderstood and buyers come complaining they were charged for a return or denied a return, because they didn’t know that wasn’t what they should choose if it was the wrong part and therefore didn’t fit their car.

·6 months ago@redlinear Are you using No Returns? Or maybe accidentally got opted in? Or chose it for that item & not others? We have always had the ability to Decline Remorse returns & both of the reasons stated above are remorse returns. I've been declining those for years. But it's always been allowed with No Returns. I'm not aware of any changes that would allow if if the listing doesn't have No Returns selected (b/c of course then you would allow returns & it doesn't really apply).

·6 months agoWhat type of item? Car parts might have doesn't fit as a NAD reason, but I just had a suit returned for that reason and it fell under remorse.
