Sold items showing more than actual orders in my eBay account
I noticed something strange in my eBay account.
In the "Sold" section, it shows that I have, for example, 6 sold items, but in the "Orders" section (Paid and Awaiting shipment) there are only 3 orders showing.
I have checked everywhere — including Awaiting payment, Cancelled, and Returns — but I can’t find the missing orders.
They are also not in Unpaid items or Canceled orders.
Why would my "Sold" count be higher than the number of actual orders?
Is this normal due to unpaid or removed transactions, or could it be a glitch?

·1 year agoJust answer the question, this is an alt account.
people need to be able to see your "solds" on the account in question........without that, hard to "guess" what might be going on. Since you state "6 items, 3 Orders", only thing that occurs to me is that the orders are for multiple items.......but I can't verify that because I can't see your sales.

It could just be the timeframe showing for those pages you checked.
