·2 years agoYou shipped a replacement.
The package was Late.
The buyer opened an Item Not Received dispute.
The package was in fact late.
You did not voluntarily refund . (?)
EBay refunded the unhappy buyer.
You got a Defect for non-cooperation . (?)
The package arrived.
The buyer is refusing to repay the refund.
You can contact the shipper and make an insurance claim.
But your contract with the buyer was on-time delivery. You failed that contract.
The buyer was refunded.
Your shipper's contract with you was on-time delivery. The shipper failed that contract.
You should be refunded by the shipper.

I thought you said you broke the one they ordered, I am surprised they accepted another set because people buy shakers to complete a set or a as collectibles.
Just be glad you didn't receive out of stock/Damaged defect, and negative feedback.

·2 years agoLooks like they did receive negative feedback. Three copies of the same message. And it's not flattering, nor is the seller's response helping them.

I get that you're angry, but maybe take a walk around the block to blow off steam before you post here.
It's helpful to break your post into paragraphs and write normally, without capitals and all the repetitive punctuation.
You'll increase your chances of getting help, because more people will want to read your post.

·2 years agoIf you have tracking that shows delivery, enter that into the case. You have 3 days for this. eBay does not refund after 1 day. This isn't how item not received cases work. If tracking shows delivered, you win the case.

OP2 years agoNO REPLY AS OF YET ! TO SAY IT WASN"T RECEIVED ! EBAY ISSUED A REFUND !
TRACKING MADE HER A LIAR !
NOT PAYING MADE HER A THIEF !
NOT RETURNING & KEEPING THE MONEY MADE HER A LIAR & THIEF !
BEING AN EBAY BUYER ? EBAY SHOULD MAKE THIS TRANSACTION "RIGHT"

EBAY has this horrible policy that holds sellers responsible if is not delivered by "estimated date". And when package arrives later on...EBAY does NOT have a way to recoup your money. You can only rely on the honesty of the customer to pay for the item that they received.
Personally, I believe EBAY should allow extra 7 days past "estimated date" to account for any weather delays. Also EBAY should automatically "return money to Seller" once tracking shows item was delivered.

·2 years agoYour blaming the policy with no data to suggest it was a policy issue ?
No time frames were given, no shipping service was given. No destination was given. No history of the case was given.
All i see is saltiness about policies with a ton of assumptions.
What is 'I sent to NJ and it went to PR' even mean.
Ebay knows there are issues with PR, hence their changes to include PR to EIS.
Outside of non continental US addresses there really is no issue how INRs are handled.
If you are losing to them then you aren't handling them properly.

·2 years agoYour story doesn't make sense.
She can't just report she didn't receive it and be refunded in 1 day.
Please take a screen shot of the INR case history so I can see timeliness.
