Sold Item Still Shows in Active Listings and Sold Items Multi Quantity Not Enabled

I'm still seeing the Honda Friction Car in my active listings even though it sold earlier this afternoon. It is also in Sold Listings and is ready to ship. I do not have Bulk Quantity Listings enabled. What's up?
