Sold item not showing up on my seller hub. Another glitch?
The notification bell says I sold something.
I did sell something.
Yet when I go to the seller hub it says "no tasks pending".
Anyone else experiencing this?

Hey @inhawaii! We apologize about this issue where the Seller Hub overview is not showing the correct count of orders in awaiting shipment as it is showing zero. There is a sitewide ticket open to have this resolved and can be seen on our Tech Board here. If any seller is running into this they can reach out to customer support here and let them know that they are running into ALERT14474.

·3 years agoI'm having the same issue. I have sales yet nothing is showing in the Overview page of the Seller Hub
0 awaiting shipment. But the sales are there when you actually click on orders awaiting shipping.

·3 years agoYes, it started happening for me today. New bug. The do show up if you go to Orders, Awaiting Shipping.

·3 years agoSame here. Got 2 emails for 2 sales but seller hub shows "0" Click on
awaiting shipment and the 2 orders are there, paid for, ready to be processed.
Also, Cataract surgery tomorrow (Today) So I revised all listings from 1 day
to 3 day handling and the 2 Wednesday sales processed themselves to be shipped
on Thursday.
eBay is so good with the details, aren't they?

·3 years agoHave been getting glitches on site all week - most of them were just the new added "Item Description From The Seller" tag line to the Description area - this doesn't allow the entire Description of the listing to show up all of the time with Google or Edge browsers, but seems to always work and full Item Description visible in Firefox. Now today with the intermittent bug of Items Awaiting Shipment task showing 0 just seems to be bugs with whatever update is happening.

·3 years agoI have the same issue. Auction ended tonight at 8:30pm eastern time, buyer paid. Seller hub does not show "awaiting shipment" and states no tasks pending, but the payment tab shows the payment and fee's deducted.
It has been 1 hour and same status. I am sure it will catch by the am....I hope.

·3 years agoSame, at least I can get to the orders page eventually. So yay... this added to all my listings still showing 'More than 10 available' instead of the actual count.

·3 years agoI thought I was going crazy. 5 waiting to ship, not displaying until I click on "Awaiting shipment - print shipping label" under Orders. That still shows 0 even though 5 are there. Nothing showing under Tasks.

where I am positive someone is trying to tweak something else in eBay.

·3 years agoSame here, sold something around 11am, not showing and just sold something a few minutes ago and neither are showing on my hub, not showing "awaiting shipment" at top or in boxes. Tired of the glitches plus payments froze so they can do another verification even thou I had one back in Oct.

·3 years agoYes; I now ignore the notification bell, as its signal ranges from slow (an hour or two overdue) to wildly late (anywhere up to a day after the event) to none at all. I now check my Sold Items page regularly. The bell used to work fine, but then deteriorated badly a few months ago, and has not improved since then.
Conversely, my emailed notifications of the same event(s) reach my off-eBay email account virtually instantaneously, so between checking my email and checking my Sold Items, I can keep on top of things.

Just doesn't show up on the front page of the seller hub as a "task pending" like it usually does.

OP3 years agoThere are so many (bad) things going on in my life right now, there are times when I get a sale/order an I actually dread it. I dread having to pack it up. I just can't focus. Pretty screwed up huh?

·3 years agoThought you might need this (((Inhawaii))). I am sorry to hear it. I can relate. Sometimes it's just overwhelming. I've been having a couple of days like that. New glasses, lost 10 days of sent emails thanks to my 3rd party software & no record of them anywhere, so IDK what they all were, then today, a fake SNAD, a real return request & big problem with an EIS tx. I usually go a year without problem tx's. I hope your stuff is as minor as all of mine! But it can be overwhelming to have it all happen at once. Special shout out to @wastingtime101 who was invaluable to me today in helping me see things clearly & pointing me in the right direction. Big hugs James & let us know if we can be of any assistance! ·3 years agoThe awaiting shipment filter appears as "0" but if you click on it you will see the outstanding orders.
Probably just a Thursday maintenance glitch or more fiddling with the hub similar to the user name and feedback number or the link to messages in the upper right which disappeared from the Overview page for a couple of days last week.
