How is someone able to make a bid on an item then when I accept it they don't pay for it. What kind of auction is this? They should be blocked from the site. What a waste of time.

·2 weeks ago@gr-635876 I don't see that you had any auctions sell. And if it were to be an auction, sellers do NOT have to "accept" a bid, buyer can just bid whatever they please to until the listing ends with the high bidder winning.
I do see a Fixed Price listing that sold and the listing allowed Best Offers. Now if the buyer submitted a Best Offer and you accepted it, the buyer has about 4 days to pay unless you marked it when you set up the listing as Immediate Payment Required [IPR].
You should also check your site preferences for buyers and make sure you have that set up correctly too.

I see you had a phone with Best Offer turned on. It was not a auction. Do you mean they made you a offer and you accepted it but have not paid?

·2 weeks agoIn your 'preferences' you can choose 'make buyers pay immediately' (paraphrasing)- then when someone sends an offer and you accept, they are immediately charged with the card they are forced to input, or not send offers any longer.
