After you end the item using the stellar direction of @simba6 ....
the reason it still showed as available is you had shown as 2 in stock, when your first one sold, you still had 1 available.
It is a variable you enter when you create the listing...sometimes, when you use the "Sell Similar" to create your listing, the previous listing had that field filled in, and it is easy to miss......

Do you have more than one available for sale? You might want to check your listing in the amount section.
