Sold but Bay Saids Not Sold Yet...LOL

I sold this one item on Jan. 26th and then I get this ad email like saying for me to do something to sell it or rather them. I kinda think artificial intelligence with no intelligence when I notice item is sold but eBay wants me to reduce price to sell it today...at 11:33 AM on Jan 28th...ðŸ˜€

How can I reduce a price on an item I already sold?

I get similar telling me to offer free shipping when the item is free shipping and telling me my item is more expensive than other sellers items but my listing is for 3 in a bundle.

There AI has gone nutz.
