Sold 5 records, paid for, sent, ebay relisted them. Now 1 has a bid on it. How do I retract bid?
I sold records that were paid for and sent. 5 of them for some reason relisted. Today I was able to delete 4 of the listings. But 1 listed now has a bid on it and said it sold. I do auction for 7 days. I put it on just a few days ago and today this am said it sold? and to send an invoice? How do I resolve this?

Look VERY closely at your listing set up. Did you accidentally check the box to AUTO relist the auction? That is usually the problem.
Automatic relists and renewals
Auction-style listings
If you select the auto-relist option (if available) when you create your listing:
Automatic relisting is available for most categories, but there are some exclusions (see below). If your item doesn’t sell after 8 relists, it will appear in your unsold items.
Keep in mind that the automatic relist option is only available on listings created by new and occasional sellers. The option will not show for other sellers.

OP11 months agoI do do auto relist but this is the first time that I ever had items listed and a person bid on and win the bid and paid for several records only to have 5 of those records come up after the person paid for them. My problem is that I auto relist every 7 days if not sold only to have them relisted even when they were sold and paid for 2 days ago and then they list again and the 7 days are not even up and 1 was bid on and won and paid for! And I do auction only.
I cannot even find a way to contact the person to tell them the item was already sold to another 2 days ago and explain and refund the money. I call ebay and all I get is AI telling me what I already know. How do I get in touch with a real live person to call and figure out what went wrong and how to correct it?

·11 months agoYou do that through your sold orders. Go to your Seller Hub and then to orders. You should see where there are orders you need to ship.

really, really, really help
if you gave us the item numbers of both the original sale and the second sale.

OP11 months agoThe item number for the one that was bid on and won and paid for by 1 person and then autorelisted and paid for by another is 136299835682. The Cupids. I was able to send a refund to the second person. The other 4 had no bids so I was able to delete them from the listing. I just would like to know how something like this could happen? How do I keep this from happening again? Stop doing the auto relisting? I have been doing the auto relisting for a long time and this is the first time that records that had bids and sold were relisted and not by me. Ro

·11 months agoWould you mind going over your expenses on that, like shipping costs and supply costs? I do youtube videos about ebay and I have never done one about 45s.
How do you ship them? What do you ship them in?
