so frustrated! my buyer did not receive my package, but item was received by ebay hub. need help! | Selling

i got an email telling me my buyer has not received the item i sent. in the letter, ebay says the item never arrived at their hub. i am so frustrated because when i track the item THROUGH THE EBAY APP it shows that it arrived at the hub august 22!! i cannot reach an agent through the automated assistant and i don't know what to do. it seems like ebay lost my package and they're telling me they never got it. why can they not see that it arrived there? what should i do?
