So, exactly what CAN I say?
Since the Ebay gawds won't let us tell the truth about buyers who do dirty business with us, and if we do the feedback gets removed, I'm wondering what I CAN say to ... express my unhappiness with the transaction.
I'd like to have a way to alert you guys.
Is there a nice enough way to say "Don't do business with this buyer" that ebay won't take it down?
It hasn't happened yet - but I'm sure it will.

·3 years agoI understand how you feel. It can be difficult when you start selling on the internet. One of the most important things to remember is every transaction is a business transaction. There are no personal transactions on Ebay, so don't make it personal.
We all get problem buyers from time to time. They are no fun to deal with for sure. But fortunately for all of us, the vast majority of our transactions go off without a hitch. If that were not to be true, none of us would be here.
You are making it personal when it isn't. Just block the buyer from buying from you again. And report them to Ebay for whatever misdeed you feel they did to you.

If you have nothing good to say, don't say anything.
The OP is all Fixed Price, so am I, what good is a warning if you don't know who your customer is until AFTER they have made the purchase?

·3 years agoNo, you cannot post positive feedback with a negative comment. Just block the buyer and move on.
It’s just business, it isn’t personal.
