Hello,I'm dealing with an utter nightmare of a buyer. A really abusive lying buyer. Now they have left negative feedback and lied many ways saying not only was I not responsive (I was and have the emails to prove it) but the item wasn't as described (it was I have the pictures to prove it). My request to remove it was denied. Even though "EBAYS SELLER PROTECTION PROGRAM" says, " A buyer falsely claims item was not described" "We will automatically remove any related negative or neutral feedback." Well, that's a total lie. I gave all the dates and information and it was not removed. None of this happened. No protection for me at all.
