Slow Sale/No sale
Hi Team, anyone experincing slow or no sale ? we are continue dropping ? can someone will let us know what we are doing wrong ? we are top rated seller , sku with more than 14k . offering every possible promotion, adrate etc. still no improvement .
how jewelry is doing on ebay our major category is jewelry . please look our store and share suggestion.

·2 years agoI depends on if you are just asking regarding eBay sales or are asking from the bigger picture. I have been selling on eBay for quite some time and have simply accepted the realities of the up and down flow of sales. There are a LOT of things that can have a positive or a negative impact on sales and frankly most of them I can do nothing about. My eBay sales, on average, are about where they have been for the post COVID timeframe. However, my sales on other platforms and venues are continuing to increase marginally as a percentage of my total sales. EBay now comprises a bit less than 20% of my overall sales which is down considerably from the 90% it was years ago when eBay pretty much had the only game in town.

·2 years agoIf we go to our Seller Hub, we can see Impressions, Page Views, etc. The most important number, which is not displayed, is our Evaporation Rate. The percentage of inventory that we sell in a period of time. Here are your numbers.

1,100 Sold in 90 days
8.09% Sold in 90 days
2.69% Sold in 90 days
37 Month Supply
A few decade supply, if you have 12 to 144 units per listing.
1) Do not list any more jewelry with the intention of selling it on eBay. It will realistically take years to sell, at the rate you are going.
2) List different items in other categories. Try some small parts or replacement parts.
3) Stop the Smoke and Mirrors nonsense with your pricing.

Minus fake discount of 17%
Minus extra 5% off with code 'imaginary discount'

OP2 years agoHi @onlinecentral Thank you for explaining and sharing your suggestion. listing new item not an issue we can sale those inventory to our TV as if you know we have TV shopping networks as well. so that no issue and talking about listing different item in other category we do have items in all categories home, garden, bath , kitchen , decor so on still sale is major issue . not sure whats going on as it was not like that before and we having more item than this . will try to increase fake discount as shared as we are giving other promotion and coupons as well. any other suggestion you want to share?

You've got some unfavorable comments in your feedback concerning the customers are getting the wrong items, fake tracking numbers or not receiving at all. This is the many downsides to drop shipping. I can spot a drop shipper in a second and when I do, I keep on searching for someone who is not a drop shipper. Many people here on eBay do not like drop shippers due to these many issues and simply won't buy from them. That may be part of the problem why sales are slow. Hang in there.

OP2 years ago@ed8108 Thank you for the response but we are continue doing Patience ! but when we look back and see PNL which will not keep Patience it will continue show loss . not sure what going on on ebay ? we were doing more than 3k-4k avergae sale now we are back to when we started 7years back.
