After I received MC011 Restriction, I was asked for supplier invoice and supplier contract documents and I uploaded them to the system. There is only one case of payment dispute and it is pending decision. After 1 day I received a reply and asked to provide proof of delivery, but all my products have Tracking numbers attached, only canceled and pending payment orders do not have tracking numbers attached. Sorry for your situation. You're located in Turkey & drop shipping from the Pennsylvania in the US. Not a good business platform. If eBay is asking you for receipts & for tracking you best provide it for them.
Given your seller behavior and your feedback it is doubtful you'll be re instated. Too many Bad buyer experiences is the kiss of death on eBay, especially with those sellers who drop ship. I wish you well but your outcome isn't looking very good as far as selling again. Good luck regardless.

Certainly not. I have a small warehouse in America. I ship from Turkey to my warehouse.

Why would you ship from Turkey to your warehouse? Wouldn't that be rather expensive? Why don't you just ship right to the customer from Turkey? Because you are drop shipping. You are not in the US and do not have control over your inventory. I live in the US and ship from my home in the US. My inventory is in my personal possession. Someone else is shipping in the US for you and not very well from reading your feedback. Several customers claimed they had received the wrong items or items that don't fit their car. The writing is pretty much on the wall.

OP2 years agoThe size of my products is high and shipping costs $ 100 from Turkey. I am sending pallets from Turkey, I make bulk product output and reduce the cost.

All my orders have tracking numbers. I did not enter a tracking number only for canceled and unpaid orders

·2 years agoIf you have tracking numbers Then send those tracking numbers to eBay. eBay needs that info not only to confirm your buyer’s deliveries but also to confirm that your are legitimate. eBay doesn’t care about the orders that were canceled or not paid for only the ones that buyers paid and you shipped.
Don’t upload the tracking you won’t be selling here anymore.

·2 years agoSend all the tracking numbers for every transaction. This may seem redundant since eBay could see the tracking if they looked in your Seller Hub, but you still need to provide them again. Send them to eBay in their requested way.
I am sure that you must be aware of the grave peril your account is in currently. So it is imperative to follow eBay’s instructions exactly. Good luck to you!!

·2 years agoThe solution seems pretty simple to me just upload the tracking numbers they are asking for.
even though you may have purchased labels on eBay , your are still required to give them that info.
