Should ebay hold the buyers Credit Card info, so if they do not fullfill their obligation, after they bid, offer and just ghost you and no communications, no payment, The payment should come from their card on file, If I couldn't prove a buyer received an item, ebay/paypal sure as hell hold $ from my account rather quickly. Buyers need to be held accountable....
