Shipping time

I have five items I have shipped on time but ebay is reporting them late??? suggestions on how to dispute these five items?

Shipments will be reported late if they are delivered after the expected delivery date. You can dispute this here: https://www.ebay.com/sellerhelp/defect. You have to have tracking that shows the carrier picked up the packages within the advertised handling time.

Only if the package did not get a scan within the seller's handling time.
