·3 weeks ago@michulo15 You would have to enter your Business Policies and create a Flat Rate Shipping Policy. Once you have created that, then you have to "Reassign" all the Listings under the Calculated Policy over to the Flat Rate Policy. Once you have the Flat Rate Policy created, go to your Shipping Policy Page, Select (Checkbox) that Calculated Policy with the respective listings you want to change, and then pick the new Flat Rate Policy from the Dropdown (See Screenshot). Once you submit, it will change them to the New Policy which you can confirm by clicking on the "See ?? Listings" link associated with it.
IF you already have a Flat Rate Policy, you basically do the same thing and "Reassign" the Calculated Policy to the Flat Rate from the Dropdown when it comes up.

·3 weeks agoThat has to be done within the Shipping Policy now that they've been opted in, or they can opt out of Business Policies and then they'll see that view on the listing page.
@michulo15 you can opt out of Business Policies if you want, just go to your Active Listings page and click Business Policies on the left, then there should be an Opt Out option in the top right. I love them, though, and would suggest you at least take a bit to explore them, because they can be really helpful. For Flat Rate Shipping, you'd need one policy per flat rate cost and service/carrier, where for Calculated Shipping, you just need one for each set of shipping services/carriers you would offer, but you still set the weight and dimensions on each listing directly.
