Hi, I’ve been selling for years, but I’ve encountered an issue that I’ve never seen before.
Last month, I sold an item to a buyer in Fayetteville, NC. On August 26, tracking showed it delivered to a parcel locker (see photo). Then, on the 27th return to sender was processed. Tracking then shows it was ultimately delivered to original sender in Garner, NC on August 29th.
However, I don’t live in Garner, NC. My return address (and the return address on the shipping label) is about two hours from Garner, NC.
So now I’m confused for two reasons. One, why would the tracking say delivered to parcel locker? And two, why would it be returned somewhere totally different? Has anyone experienced something like this before?
