Shipping Manifest / Scan sheet still satisfy eBay tracking uploaded on time?
Can’t seem to find a straightforward answer to this… volume is increasing and post office workers are suggesting I print them a manifest / scan sheet to not hold up the line.
Will this still satisfy eBay’s package scanned / tracking uploaded on time in the same way that scanning each individual package would?
Help is appreciated!! Cheers!

·3 weeks ago · Edited@jematt3945 Yes: Every package linked to the master bar code gets the 'acceptance' scan when the master (scan) form is scanned.
One caveat: The labels must have the ship (label) date matching the day the scan form is printed. So you can't really collect packages up for like two days or whatever on the same sheet.

OP3 weeks agoThanks so much for a quick answer! I currently have 2 business day shipping times.. so the solution would just be to make 2 scan sheets if the packages have different shipment deadlines?
Or am I misunderstanding?

·3 weeks agoYes - packages for each day's shipping (the date of shipping being the date on the label) get separate scan sheets. If you gather up all of your sales for two days and pack them all at once and generate the labels all on the same day, you can use one scan form.

·3 weeks agoYou can also select a shipping date on all orders. In ebay bulk shipping you would select all of the orders you are shipping.
When they are selected the edit button becomes available. Click it and select Dispatch Information. The drop down will have date you can select for when the labels will be printed for. This will keep them all on the same SCAN Form for that day. As of right now you can select all the way out until Tuesday as a ship date.
All of the shipping services I have seen have this option.
