Shipping labels were not fully charged by ebay.
I had a posting of an item that weights 10 lb and 8 oz the package is 20 inches by 11 inches by 11 inches. Now this was added properly to the listing so the item dimensions are correct I had one buyer buy multiple of this item but ebay grouped the shipping incorrectly it charged for a 150 lb package of 20 by 11 by 11. Now i cant ship all the items with one shipping label. if print out individual shipping labels the amount charged is not enough. How can i get this fixed?

You very likely come out fine, breaking that 150 pounds down into say 4 boxes at 38 pounds each will probably be cheaper to ship than one 150 pound box.
I think you can print 5 labels for each order, if that is not enough you have to get the rest on pirateship or something like that
My experience of when this happens is I end up making money on the shipping

·3 weeks agoYou can adjust the size and weight BEFORE purchasing the shipping label if you are purchasing it in Ebay. @n5s9n-7

·3 weeks agoNOTHING will fix what 'already happened'. You'll have to 'just eat it and ship to the buyer. In the future:
Items that have 'multiple available' you have to SET UP the 'additional' shipping cost for each Additional item purchased.
